BSC (Bank Statement Converter) is a web application that converts PDF bank statements into Excel (.xlsx) files. The service uses automated text extraction and AI-powered conversion to process uploaded documents.
You may use the service as a guest (limited to 2 pages/day) or register for an account (5 pages/day free). Paid plans provide higher monthly page limits. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to only upload bank statements that you are authorized to access. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the conversion technology.
Uploaded PDFs are processed on our servers to extract transaction data. Files are temporarily stored during processing and are automatically deleted afterward. We do not permanently store the content of your bank statements. See our Privacy Policy for details.
While we strive for accurate conversions, the service is provided "as is." Automated and AI-powered extraction may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of converted data before relying on it for financial, legal, or other purposes.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at .
To the maximum extent permitted by law, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or inaccurate conversions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
